Kaitlin Maud

Partner, Brand Strategy Kaitlin is a strategy consultant with more than 10 years of experience working with agencies and brands as they navigate change. Prior to forming Current Forward, Kaitlin served as Strategy Director at T3, an Austin-based innovation agency, where she was a delivery lead on the UPS account. Before joining T3, she spent three years in LA consulting with clients such as Apple, Beats by Dre, and Taco Bell. Kaitlin’s background is in planning and design thinking, and she has deep experience in the digital space. She’s passionate about UX, cultural anthropology, trend forecasting and workshop facilitation. In 2013, Kaitlin gave a TEDx talk on social media research and she is a sought-after keynote speaker for universities and corporate groups, including AIGA, Soho House and Microsoft.

Lillian Brown

Partner, Marketing & Experience Strategy Lillian is part strategist, part project lead. In her 11+ years of experience, she's overseen media strategy and communications planning for multiple Fortune 500 brands including American Express, LVMH, Hasbro and Samsung. While at Samsung, she helped to launch the Gear 360 camera as part of the product marketing team and ran a local marketing pilot in Austin. Prior to founding Current Forward, Lillian was a Strategy Director at T3, responsible for overseeing digital strategy for Allstate and loyalty strategy for Hallmark. At Current Forward, Lillian is focused on delivering against your goals and getting shit done.

Scott Bower

Partner, Digital & Social Strategy With over a decade of experience, Scott is a seasoned leader in the marketing and advertising space with deep expertise in brand-level communications, digital transformation and everything in between. As a hybrid client services and strategic business lead, Scott has a proven track record of delivering results in a variety of capacities for Fortune 500 companies including Apple, Whole Foods, Chase Bank, JPMorgan Chase and Allstate. Prior to founding Current Forward, Scott was Director of Client Engagement and Strategic Initiatives at T3. In his free time, Scott enjoys affordable art, vinyl, and sports requiring minimal to moderate athleticism.

Ashley Lapin

Partner, Creative Strategy For over twelve years, Ashley has created innovative and award-winning work. She’s led the creation of many envelope-pushing brand experiences and helped Fortune 500 clients achieve their digital transformation goals. During her time as Creative Director at Austin-based agency T3, she was a digital innovation leader for Allstate and Hallmark. Ashley’s New York years included broadcast, print, radio and digital work for a range of clients, including Bank of New York Mellon, ESPN, espnW and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. As a former Miami Ad School professor and long-time writer and creator, Ashley works to inspire and teach others while constantly taking on new challenges.
